Mal Kirwan is Head of the Personal Injury Department. He served his apprenticeship as a Precision Engineer. Since 1975 he has specialised in Motorcycle Claims. For many years he was Head of the Personal Injury Department of a prominent firm of Solicitors.

Since 1986 Mal has been advertised in Motorcycle News as an Expert in Motorcycle Claims. He has written several articles for Fast Bike and other Biker's magazines. He has a reputation for getting top compensation awards for injured Bikers.

Mal started racing Motorcycles in 1965 finishing 4 th in his first Road Race at the New Brighton Promenade Road Races as a youngster on ‘L Plates'.

Mal has held an International Motorcycle Racing Licence since 1969 and competed in 42 Isle of Man TT Races, 22 Manx Grand Prix Races. During his racing career Mal has ridden at all the major UK and Irish Road Circuits which include, the North West 200, Ulster GP, Cookstown 100, Tandragee 100 as well as the Dutch TT.

Mal's has set track records at a number of circuits including:

Snetterton ,Tandragee , New Brighton Road Races, Kinmel Park , Jurby Road Circuit.

He won 9TT/MGP replicas on the Isle of Man Mountain Circuit. Mal prefers the road circuits of Ireland to short circuit track racing.

Mal is retained as Legal adviser to Chris Vermeulen 2003 World SuperSport Champion.
